Caramel pecan rolls

1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups chopped pecans
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup raisins
Frozen white rolls
2- 9 inch round pans
-Grease the pans
Preheat oven to 200 degrees
-Stir powdered sugar and cream together and distribute evenly between the 2 pans.Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top of the cream/sugar
-melt the butter in a small bowl
-mix brown sugar and cinnamon In a small bowl
-dip the frozen rolls in the melted butter and then rolls in the cinnamon/sugar mixture, then place evenly in the two pans.  Fit as many rolls as possible. 
- fill a pan with some water and place the round pans in the water and put in oven to rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled their size.  Change oven temp to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 25 minutes. 

When done...flip round pan upside down on a serving plate...pecans and cream will be on top of rolls...serve warm.

Make ahead: make the rolls the night before and raise and bake the next morning.
