8 Months! Oh geez!

Blakely is 8 months already…I missed 7 months for some reason, where did the month of February go!?  Reading Tate and Riley's blogs from this age, it's quite clear this little girl isn't even close to the mobility her brothers had.  I think we sometimes forget how old she actually is cuz she doesn't do much.  She doesn't make much noise, she doesn't go far…Tate was climbing stairs by 8 months…Both Tate and Riley were pulling them self to stand and cruising.  She is a good eater, eats whatever we give her, she still has those fussy times…when we have no idea!  She uses the bean bag bath tub and loves bath time.  She puts EVERYTHING is her mouth and work and grunt her way to get the tiniest of objects.  Overall she is a happy baby…smiles a lot and loves to snuggle.

Sitting up without support 
grabs toes
supports all her weight on legs
rolls from back to tummy and tummy to back
sits up from laying position
eats 3 solids a day (breakfast lunch dinner) and 4-6 oz bottles in between
eats Kix cereal for snackswears 9-12 month clothes (9 month is tight)
sleeps 7pm-7am, 2 hour nap in am and 2 hour nap in pm
has 2 bottom teeth
she tries REALLY hard to crawl, but ends up going backwards
hops with her butt like a bunny 
Shakes her arms and legs when she sees food or bottle
Likes to pat and hit toys
slaps her bare legs (likes the noise)takes a pacifier 
sucks her thumb when tired or hungry
Laughs and smiles more and more
Likes to grab faces
scared of the vacuum (cries and cries and cries)
