Sunday @ 2pm we put in an offer on a house and by 7 pm that night it was ours!!!!!! It couldn't be better timing, with intrest rates as low as they are. We got a great deal on a great house! We close and get posession on the 20th of July. We fell in love with this house the first time we walked through it. For our second house we new what to look for, water in the basement, mold on the windows, cat poop under the dryer, look IN in the cabinets, flush the toilets, walk in the yard to find soft spots, open ALL windows and last but not least understanding the bargining power of a buyer! This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home, with studio space, this will be our home for many years. Check out more photos of the house on our family site. I am excited that Riley will have his 2nd Birthday in the new house!
Speaking of new things! Mr. Riley got a hair cut, I let it grow out pretty long, so it was time for a nice summer butch.
